- Can you bring your own vehicle?
Yes - Parking is available within our main parking lot. Residents are welcome to come or go at their leisure.
- Can I have assistance with my medications?
Yes - Upon your admission, an evaluation is completed which includes a medication assessment. Based on this assessment and your personal preference, medications can be organized on a weekly basis by our nursing staff. Personal care staff are able to offer reminders and / or supervision with medications as needed.
- Do you provide personal transportation?
No - the facility is not able to provide personal transportation. Although, we are happy to help arrange transportation for appointments utilizing one of the many local agencies. The concierge can help with these arrangements. The facility van is available for scheduled activities.
- What if my condition changes and I need much more personal care?
The unique benefit of Imboden Creek Health Services is that we have a qualified facility / service for every need. If a resident of The Gardens requires more care than our regulations allow, an easy transfer can me made to our licensed skilled facility - Imboden Creek Living Center.
- What if I no longer have the private funds to pay the monthly rent?
Outside funding is not currenly available to licensed Assisted Living facilities; therefore, other alternatives would have to be sought.
